Cancellation and Booking Modification Policy
We strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers and value your understanding of our policies, which ensure fairness and flexibility for both parties.
Booking Modifications
- Customers may modify their booking (e.g., change the type of bike, add equipment, or increase the quantity) once for free within 36 hours of the initial booking.
- Modifications can be made via email or phone, subject to equipment availability for the requested date and time.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Pick-Up
- Free cancellation.
- The full rental fee will be refunded within 5 calendar days of the cancellation. Bank fees and service provider fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund.
- Cancellations Made 3–6 Days Before Pick-Up
- Customers will receive a 100% refund in the form of a voucher, valid for use until October 31st of the same year.
- If the customer wishes to rent bikes after the season officially ends on October 31st, they must contact us via email or phone to arrange availability.
- Cancellations Made 2 Days or Less Before Pick-Up
- The customer is required to pay 100% of the rental fee.
- Payment of the rental fee must be made within 5 days following the cancellation.
- No-Show or Failure to Cancel
- Failure to collect the reserved equipment without prior notice is considered a cancellation.
- In such cases, the full rental fee will be due, and the specified pick-up time on the booking confirmation will be treated as the cancellation notice time.
- Other Considerations
- If the customer cannot collect the reserved equipment due to reasons within their control (e.g., negligence, behavior, violations, or official measures), the cancellation will be processed as per the above terms.
