We offer the highest-quality Specialized electric bikes.

The minimum age requirement to rent a bike is 18 years. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to provide consent.

You must present a valid identity document/passport/driving licence. We take a copy (scan/photo) on the spot. When renting an electric bicycle deposit has to be paid on the spot in cash. If you booked online please have the booking  confirmation receipt with you. 

Rental Process

Click on the selected bike’s picture, choose the right size and colour than select the dates you want to rent the bike. You will see the payment fee for the selected dates than you can add to cart. To checkout you can choose from different payment options. And that’s easy! 

Yes, you can extend your rental period if needed, however this is subject to availability. Please contact us if you wish to extend your rental period. 

Yes. To be able to renting a bike you must a present a valid identity document (ID card, passport, driving licence). We will take a copy (photo/scan) on the spot. Furthermore if you booked online please have the booking confirmation receipt with you.

We offer you different available group discounts. Coupon codes:

  • FAMILY10 if you rent 2 adults and 2 kids bikes you can get 10% discount of the renting fee
  • GROUP15 if a group rent all the bikes you can get 15 % discount of the renting fee
  • WEEK10 if you rent a bike for a week you will pay only for 6 days 
  1. Cancellation made 7 days or more before pick-up: Customers will be refunded within 5 calendar days of the cancellation. 
  2. Cancellation made 3-6 days before pick-up: Customers will receive a 100% refund in the form of a voucher, valid for use until October 31st of the same year.
  3. Cancellation made 2 days or less before pick-up: The Customer is required to pay 100% of the rental fee. Payment of the rental fee must be made within 5 days following the cancellation. 
  4. No show or failure to Cancel: Failure to collect the reserved equipment without prior notice is considered a cancellation. In such cases, the full rental fee will be due , and the specified pick-up on the booking confirmation will be treated as the cancellation notice time. 

Maintenance and Services

We ensure that all rented bikes undergo thorough maintenance before each rental. This includes checking and adjusting brakes, gears, tire pressure, and ensuring the bike is clean and safe to ride. If any issues arise during your rental, we also provide quick repair or replacement services.

Bike Fitting and Accessories

Yes, before every pick up you have to try the rented bike and if it’s not fitting we can try other settings or if the size is wrong for you we can provide you another bike but this is a subject to availability. 

Water bottle holders are attached to the bikes so you only need your water bottle. The Tero X 4.0 and the Turbo Vado have built in lights so for them you don’t need to purchase. For the Turbo Levo SL Kids and for the Tero 3.0 you can purchase light.
